I have had pains in my neck and left shoulder for about 4 weeks now I've been taking cuprophen and rubbing in voltrole cream

Your best thing to do is see your Doctor as your self help has been no good. You could buy ibuprofen from the chemist its good but it can upset your stomach your Doctor can prescribe you something different. Regards....Sam

Ask your GP for some Fenbid Gel (contains ibuprofen), my GP prescribed this for me instead of tablet form ibuprofen or naproxen because of my digestive problems, he said that it is better than deep heat or voltorol.

Thanks for that I do suffer with my digestive system as well that has been playing me up since on these tablets
