The symptoms don't matter. They are just symptoms. Following a pattern. Be tired. Be anxious. It's not the end of the world. They can't kill you. Make you pass out, or make you sick. They are just damaged nerves. Nothing more. A feeling of unreality is normal. It's just a symptom of damaged nerves. Accept for now and move on. Eat, sleep, work, play with your kids. These symptoms will be gone soon. Just damaged nerves. Love your anxiety. Bring it closer. Go toward it.
