Woke up stuffy nose and gagging cough with clear phlegm I’m so scarred I got cops or something

I doubt its anything you should be worried about clear phlem is not a sign of anything to worry about its green phlem thats a sign of infection if you start to get breathless try phoning your doctor i wish you well !

This is me every morning. I just chalked it up to asthma or allergies. You can actually have a cough from anxiety.
