I've had quick sharp chest pain 2 days in a row 3 Rd day followed by severed heartburn all on left side up to chest followed by nauseu and vomiting continue on 4th day

Have you gone to the E.R? If you haven't might be a good idea to go and get checked out.
I have the chest pains to n mine started 4 days ago n my husband told me it might b gas
