Christmas Day anxiety

My anxiety is getting to me as I am tired and we have to go to my aunties tomorrow night for tea but I don't want to go as I hate driving all that way and I feel uncomfortable away from my own home. It's to late to cancel or change plans but I really don't want to go.

I feel your anxiety such a horrible situation to be in, i have become so anxious on driving this past year or so so much so i parked my car off the road for a few months so i do hope you will be ok and get thru this, best of luck 🍀

I was the same Hun I couldn't drive for 4months but I'm back behind the wheel although I don't drive far. Hope you have a very merry Christmas xxx
