Lips numb

Lately my lips have been going numb on and off I feel like I’m dying and that something is wrong has any had this and I also shake in my sleep sometimes

I have shook in my sleep but I have not experienced the lip numbness. However I do experience numbness in my legs arms etc. Anxiety is over sensitized nerves so it affects your nervous system to include numbness. I think shaking in general is normal. Day or night. Make a note of any new symptoms and mention them to your doctor next time you go. I always keep a note of particular symptoms, experiences or questions I wish to mention to my doctor. Sometimes I get anxious and then forget things. That may not happen to everyone but as a way of coping I make lists. I make lists of everything! It works for me. Anyway I hope you find some peace.
