Can meds sometimes make your anxiety worse? I just feel like they aren’t helping me. I’m on Paxil 10mg and have been for a little over a month. I just don’t feel like I’m getting any better I just feel like it should be gone by now considering I’ve been through this before. Like, I stood up today to get something to blow my nose and I’m used to getting light headed so I grabbed onto something but it’s like I completely spaced out and didn’t see anything and there was a tingle through my whole body even my face. It’s like I went numb? Has anyone else ever done this before too? And I’m thinking about quitting my meds?? Idk

I couldn't do paxil took one 20 mg tablet and was sick for a week! I'm on 40 mg of citalopram now and valium when needed but yes for about the first month my anxiety was higher
