Hey everyone! I'm having some exteme anxiety currently and I'm kinda to the scared stage. Even though I've been dealing with this for 11 years each time I have panic it feels like the first time. Can anyone relate to this? I have the scary physical symptoms and would like to know I'm not alone. T.I.A who eles suffers from health anxiety?

Yes I'm the same it's been going on over 3 years now and I know its a panic attack but I still freak out its ridiculous. Sorry to hear you are having a bad time lately. Stay strong X
