panic attack and serequel increase

I had a bad panic attack and i feel like having one once day. i stop it with buspirone 15mg two twice day. i am on serequel 50, when i vistied my dr he increased my serequel to 150 mg for 1 week and then serequel 200 mg second week. well, i started the 150 mg dose am i am drowsy when i get up in am and throughout the day. what can i do to stop this. thank you
