Medication help

Does anyone here with anxiety take otc meds for sinus pressure, like a decongestant? I have been having such bad sinus pressure that I’m going to have to take something but I’m so afraid that it will trigger my anxiety. I know that they can make you feel jittery. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thx

I can only take regular Mucinex. Not the dm or anything. That’s good though because it’s the best I’ve tried. Even my mom who has a very bad heart and is on numerous very serious meds can take the plain Mucinex. You may want to double check with the pharmacist if you take any other meds but my anxiety is sensitive and easily triggered and I do fine with that. I’ve heard a lot of people talking about cold like symptoms today. I’ve had bad headaches upon waking. I’m wondering if allergens aren’t bad? I hope this helps you find relief.
