I feel faint and sick, i keep getting random shooting pains I'm my back and one in my neck earlier I'm scared is this a panicky attack I'm worried I have a heart problem or something seriously wrong with me! Has anyone else had this?

I have felt this way before also thinking it's a heart attack. It's a horrible feeling I try to reassure myself that everything is okay.
