Heart attack????

All day I have had this dull pain in my upper arm that comes and goes. I am 18 years old and female and I am scared that I’m having a heart attack. I have no other pain anywhere else. It hurts up in my shoulder and it hurts to push on it. My father died of a heart attack and there is some heart trouble on that side of the family. I’m very scared. Can anyone help me?

Heart attacks are sooo rare in girls your age, try laying down and resting for a little bit and if it gets noticeably worse call the non emergency helpline for a second opinion!x
