Sometimes when I’m just sitting here my brain feels a bit scrambled and feels like my tongue is in a knot. It feels like if I were to tap it would get all mixed up and literally tongue tied. It scares me I don’t want it to be a health issue. When I speak it sounds fine I just feel like I’m overwhelmed in my head is this normal?
