Scared to Drive

After I had a heart attack, Ive been afraid to drive. Im so afraid of having another one . the fear started gradually. Im 64 years old so Id love to drive again before im too old. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I can imagine the heart attack was quite scary and the expectation of another is quite real.

Another idea is to contact the hospital that treated you and see if there is a health psychologist on tap who could do some work with you.
