Anyone out there to give advice I've been ill now for nearly 3 wks went to doc given blood tests and need to retest in 8 I'm having my b12 injection on Mon seeing doc Tuesday for follow up . My gosh I have never felt this bad before my injection due . I feel my whole body is in shutdown. Lethargy. Internally shaking. . Never had it this bad I'm hoping ill get my b 12 earlier next time
