Pain in arm

This probably isnt the right place to wrote this but as i have anxiety this is really worrying me. I have a dull acheing pain in lower left of my arm. It feels like a dead arm but hurts

I have that in both arms, i just get told its anxiety/ meds, their like dead, and achy etc, and stinks cause i type everyday and they work so I wonder def has to be anxiety.

because we are more intune with every sensation in our body and focus so much on it..

at least that is what i've been told, I ended up in the er thinking I was a goner cause of it and they ran cat scan mri you name it and of course come back with nothing, but im still not convinced.
