Anxiety and Growth?

I was wondering if anxiety could somehow cause me to be growing slowly? I'm 5'3 and 16, but i was growing fast when i was thirteen, then i stopped growing for years and now I'm growing again. My growing plates are still open, and i want to keep growing at least to 5'6. I'm not sure if genetics could have a part to play in all this, but i am mostly irish and do have asian ancestry. But I'm also losing weight for no reason, so perhaps this is just anxiety?

I didnt hit my growth spurt till i was 15-18 lol i was a late bloomer still growing facial hair VERY SLOWLY its so annoying middle schoolers today have full beards and im over here with peach fuzz.... iturn 24 in January lol

Kids are more hormonal from the milk they're drinking, probably. I've noticed girls my age with bigger chests than me, here i am still small up top when most girls i know who are thirteen are way biggee up top than i am xD It's the hormones i swear.
