Hi Mpa5524, they do work for a lot of people if you are able to handle the weight of the pellets sewn inside the blanket. I've never tried it but knew someone from another forum who not only had one for herself but her little 8y.o. daughter. who also had anxiety issues. Until then I had never heard of these blankets. They are costly but can provide a comfort and security almost like a hug. Let us know if you try one. x

Seen a few decent ones on ebay, but thats the problem at times I get hot flashes so not sure if this would be a good idea to spend that on it, also seen a heated matresss pad much cheaper that i can keep on low and unplug once hot flashes set in lol.. Decisons decisions

I had one when I was younger but was so long ago really dont remember how I slept with it.
