So today has been an awful day , I woke hungover from a bottle of gin but have gradually got worse to the point where I’ve had a full blown panic attack and questioned the fact that I have anxiety at all and I have a heart complaint or high blood pressure even took my pulse , I don’t take anything for my anxiety but I take propanalol for migraines so I have upped my does today and have managed to chill out . Do any of you question if you have anxiety at all ?

Hi Ryan I do have occasional doubts I've i had stroke but when I calm myself down and think I know all my physical symptoms are driven by anxiety.i was an anxious child my parents rowed a lot and I became an anxious woman but hid it .know I'm middle aged with health problems and being a nurse I'm surrounded by illness.very hard to act normal 😜.listen you have had a bad day alcohol may have helped but know your anxiety kicking in .try and practice slowly breathing I listen to dr Clare weekes on you tube it's a bit dated but she makes you realise your anxiety is real!! Take care I'm thinking of u ⭐️
Hi !! I have got that book but just haven’t read it maybe I should start , I would imagine acting normal doing that type of job is really hard , I feel I’m having a constant argument in my head saying yes it’s anxiety and no because I have real physical pain all over my left side but it comes and goes !! Thanks for the reassurance and replying helps to know people go through the same things , hope your well 👍🏽
