Tingling across body and then my heart rate goes up? I’m waiting to see a neurologist too but does anyone get this could it be anxiety related? Or anyone have an idea what it could be?

I start getting all kinds of muscle pain and tingling sensations as soon as I walk into a hospital main reception. I've experienced this for 40 years and still haven't had a heart attack or passed out. Having a medical appointment and anxiety symptoms are very common. Try to learn to accept these symptoms for what they are - they're not life threatening - just anxiety symptoms and accepting them will help you not to be afraid.
