Migraine postdrome

Has anyone here ever heard of this? I had a terrible bout with migraines over the weekend due to major changes in the atmosphere. For days it lasted. Today I'm really weak and anxiety kicked up a notch. I guess what I'm trying to say is if anyone has went through this rarely studied phenomenon don't worry; you're not crazy or sick! Apparently it's a real thing. Symptoms include weakness fatigue Iight sensitivity skin/nerve sensations almost like static electricity. I'm still a little dazed but getting better.

We had Storm Ophelia yesterday and I was SO SICK with migraine prodome the day before and yesterday, I thought I was going out of my mind! I had to go to GP today as it was one of my worse episodes ever. Changes in barometric pressure really mess with us migraineurs!😢

I've been going through the after effects for about a day now. It does suck. 😫
