My anxiety is starting to take a toll on my sleeping. Last night my mind was racing with negativity that trying to sleep was a nightmare and I couldn't fall asleep until 2:30am. Its like torture was happening in my mind. Sometimes I feel that I cannot sleep until every bit of negativity that effects me is gone but I know thats not realistic. Still, all I want is a peaceful, good nights sleep for once. What can I do? Thanks.

Try to get on a sedative
Hi! Try a herbalist for a sleeping aid. There are many herbs for insomnia & non addictive. Sam.
