Sharp pain in the middle of my chest anxeiaty

My chest alaways hurts at night and i always think im having a heart attack or somthing help pleasee

Hi I know how scary it can be...This happened to me the other day and I was taken to hospital,i was sure it was a heart attack and was panicking like crazy, I had all the tests done and it was all clear just shows u how anxiety affects us, I hope youre feeling better and don't worry..

Did they tell you it was muscle pain? That's what the hospitals told me but it was such a bad pain I had never experienced before that I was sure it was Angina. It lasted a couple of weeks which is concerning.

You are not having a heart attack!!! Heart pain usually radiates and you would know if you were having a heart attack!! Any pain that comes and lasts for one minute or a couple seconds is not a heart attack!! It is most likely a bronchi spasm or just inflammatory rib cage which is normal. Don't worry those are just pains that happen here and there.
