that's the same as me.doctor did say though I don't have to take them all the time just take them when your feeling more down.

Yeah me too just when I was reading about people's dosage I thought wow mines is uber high lol

yeah I think 1 or 2 every couple of days would be ok.yeay 120mg would be through the roof I think.

Sorry I thought u ment 120mg at a time lol dumb anxiety brain lol I used to be on 40mg 3 times a day didn’t help me though would rather benzos but they don’t like to give them out .

I think they are addictive so as I don't want to make myself worse this is not an option for me lol
