Should I go back on mirtazapine ?

I was on 7.5mg of mirtazapine and I noticed they had stopped working, I was getting panic attacks, anxiety and we're not making me sleepy anymore...I quit cold turkey 7 days ago and the withdrawal is horrendous I'm in a constant state of panic and I feel like I don't know who I am any more!!! Every waking moment is a living nightmare! I really want to try a 15mg tonight but if it doesn't work I will feel like all this cold turkey hard work was for nothing...should I try it? I just want to feel normal again 😯

Mirtazapine is an excellent drug i was on 45mg a few years back along with venlafaxine. Pls try n not mess about with ur meds plz c ur gp/psychiatrist n discuss 1st. I know its not easy but these are powerful drugs n self medicating is dangerous. Xx

I took a 15mg last night should I carry on taking them

Hi pam i dont know if you should or not. Like i said only ur gp/psychiatrist is trained to advise on meds. I hope u get on ok. All the best 💜
