Is it normal? 🤔

So my anxiety and intrusive thoughts have been good for the past week or so but today I feel a bit off and thoughts have popped in 😩 is it normal to have good days and bad days? Not sure if it's because I'm really tired today so that might be playing a part of it?

Tiredness plays a part on mental stability, it's just a off day go with it.

Well best sleep when you can until you're in a better place, but it is up to you. You should try Magnesium it aids sleep and mental health.

Just scared if I nap I'll wake up worse and what is that?

And it's possible you'll wake up feeling better. The choice is yours either way. If it were me I'd sleep when ever I could. Stress is like running a marathon to the body, it needs it recovery and it gets it with sleep.

Hi! I'm in the same boat. My obsessions around my health come and go. I just recently started the obsessive thoughts again after 2 months of freedom! Imagine how sad I must be. You say you havent slept and that can for sure cause your thoughts to start. As can not keeping busy. I've noticed if i keep myself busy I have less time to think, and that's a big help. Are you in therapy or on meds?

Mine are about anything and everything lol quite annoying sometimes... I have slept but keep waking up and yeah I'm planning on spring cleaning my house seeing as it's a nice day and I'm on week 3 of meds and start therapy on Thursday x

Absolutely. When you get a bad day take a bit more time for self care and remember that it will pass x

I was like that at first! Was terrified but I’m so glad I did as now I’m back to 90-95 per cent myself :) 25 is very low I started off with 50 now on 100 and does me great.... It does take a good few weeks to kick in and need to find the right dosage for you and may even need to try a few antidepressants but recovery can happen

Thank you so much... did you have side affects? I’m just thinking if I donfeel sonterrible and weak it has to be a health issue and not anxoety it’s sobgard to believe .

No worries and think I was a little more anxious but once it all settled was fine and I know what you mean, but anxiety can do all sorts of things to you

If you don’t mind me asking what we’re your symptoms before ?
