New anxiety meds

My doctor prescribed me buspirone I was on 7.5mg twice a day now I’m on 15mg twice a day and my anxiety has never been this bad ever. I feel like everything is spinning, I’ve started back getting heart palpitations, and I get really bad headaches. I’m always nauseous and lightheaded. I don’t know what to do anymore.

I was on buspirone it made my anxiety worse. It increased my anxiety. I am taking celexa 20mg took three months to adjust but it's working

I’ve heard good things about celexa. I’ll mention it to my doctor. Any bad side effects?

I just do so bad on ssri’s that I’m afraid.

My side effects were nausea but stopped two days later, headache, increased anxiety, and sleepiness. Boy did I sleep a lot in the beginning. You get a lot of rest. That's exactly what I needed. You have to stick it out trust me the trade off is worth it.
