Are you rolling around on the floor in agony? No? Then you don't have a brain tumour so forget all about brain tumours because you're wasting your time. First you go and see your doctor and tell him or her all about yhe numbness and the tingling and get their opinion if you haven't already. That will bring you some reassurance as if I'm not mistaken your problem is anxiety. And as you're discussing this on the Anxiety Support forum the fact you've chosen this forum indicates that deep down you know it's anxiety too.
Try and accept the feelings on numbness and the tingling for the time being, you're concentrating on them so much and probably generating stress and fear that your nervous system doesn't need right now. If you can accept the bad feelings and just carry on as normal knowing that these are tricks your tired nervous system is playing on you then you'll stop stressing out your nerves and in time the bad feelings will fade.
So make that doctor's appointment and in the meantime just accept the nervous symptoms. You aren't going to feel this numbness for ever, believe me, this is just a bad patch due to stress you're going through.
