Anxiety over Headache

I’ve had a headache for a week from a cold, but now I’m worried that it will never go away...could the anxiety about it be making it stay longer??

Hi sounds like tension headache your cold left you run down.sinus pressure can give you headache plenty fluids paracetamol and rest have a hot bath and try and relax easier said than done when you are anxious.to put your mind at rest vist your GP hope you feel better soon had my headache 18 hours and I'm fed up as well.🤕Xxxx
