please take me off anxiety website, i just want to stay with ataxia

I am sorry you want to leave the Community I hope nothing has upset you to feel this way

Only you can remove yourself from the Community

If you look at the top of the page you will see it says

My Communities

Drop the small v sign down and your communities you are a member of will show up " Anxiety Support should be one "

Then press on that and it brings you to the site

You will then see at the top of the page to the right as you look at the screen it says " Following "

Press on that and it will come up " Un-follow "

Choose that option and you will no longer be a member on Anxiety Support

If at any stage in the future you wish to re join the Community you can by coming back on to Anxiety Support and pressing the option " Follow "
