I love letting people know that they will be okay, a lot of people on here have reached out to me letting me know I will be fine. It really is a great feeling! I will definitely be connected.

Thanks Harmz, we need a lot of positive people to reinforce the fact that it can and does get better. I had promised myself that not if, but when I got better, I would pass it forward. Here I am.. Stay Strong x
