Anxiety again Advice needed

Hi. I suffered terrible anxiety. But i got so much better. With almost all d signs gone. Now my husband is going on a trip for two months and the signs are slowly returning even before his departure. Im afraid of what will happen when he leaves. Pls advise me

That is a big change, especially since you guys live together. I'm sorry to hear you're going through that. Maybe ask a friend or relative to stay with you for those two months? Or try to find something that will distract you. Definitely try a yoga class and just keep busy. Do some deep breathing too! Hang in there, everything will be OK!

Thank you very much. I think ll ask a relative to stay with me. Its worse at night

That's understandable to be nervous at night, perhaps ask hubby to put a lock on your brdroom door and keep a potty in the room.😘
