I hate that feeling! I almost passed out in church once and it was the scariest feeling ever. Anyway, is the anxiety causing you to feel faint? If not get it checked out by a doctor!

Doctors all say anxiety so I guess that's why

Oh OK! That's good it's not a health problem! Honestly, yoga would definitely help with that! And exercise! Easier than done but it does help. Just a good stress and anxiety reliver!

Yeah I'm sure it's anxiety no better no worse in four years I'm sure if it was something serious it would've changed by now

Yeah for sure. Well I use to get dizzy a lot a few years ago from my anxiety but I learned how to cope with it and I don't get dizzy anymore. But some of the things I did were yoga, using essential oils, and deep breathing for sure. Maybe try that! I'm sorry you feel this way!

Yes you can't faint from the dizziness related to anxiety as it's due to too much oxygen. When you feel a panic attack coming on hold your breath as long as poss and slow breath out keep doing this and it should pass xx

Oops, I just posted the same, I don't really feel like I am going to pass out mostly ( but I do sometimes) but mostly like a swaying feeling with a lot of fatigue ( like dazed). I hate it so much!

Dizziness is 9 times out of 10 something to do with fluid in ear or inner ear issues. The anxiety might just be a side effect. However, I agree with what others say. When you feel anxious you think the best thing to do is take deep breaths through your mouth. This is never the best thing to do, take slow shallow breathes through your NOSE.

I would seriously get your ears professionally cleaned and looked at. It might be an infection.

Also, a good thing to do would be to go for a 10-20 minute jog in the morning and breath through your nose throughout the whole jog. This will do wonders for the anxiety.

Food sensitivities. You need to cut out gluten and dairy. BOTH. Also anything toxic at all, think anything with an artificial fragrance (perfumes soaps laundry) or artificial food ingredient. I had been gluten free and eating organic for 2 years and began developing this faint feeling, it's so miserable. But I cured it for the most part by removing even organic dairy. One day I got some milk in my coffee and it slammed me with a vengeance I almost fainted at the store. This is a miserable feeling so I'm so sad for everyone here. I do not think it is just anxiety at all for most people I do think it is a health problem (note-even anxiety is a health problem of an I'll brain) and I would direct you to diet and exercise, NUTRIENT Deficiencies and FOOD SENSITIVITY. Also water. Email me if you have questions annacorinne692@gmail.com but you need to research every essential NUTRIENT and then find a way to ensure you are consuming it, supplements and organic food. I like to use the list at whfoods.com and a notebook and some research. I don't eat gluten dairy or sugar and I also supplement daily- DHA/EPA magnesium liposomal vitamin c an organic multivitamin an extra zinc pill occasional extra iodine and probiotics. You need to drink reverse osmosis water because this removes the fluoride. This is crucial. Those 5 gallon self serve machines at the store are best in my opinion. My faint feeling is 90% gone thank God, I can drive my kids around and take them out in public alone like a normal person. But I always bring water and cayenne pepper. Cayenne pepper will stop a stroke so I use it at any major faint flare up. I don't go anywhere without water and cayenne.

Wow I've thought maybe I'm allergic to gluten... But I don't know what all foods have gluten in them I've looked it up but it isn't giving much info
