Anxiety never ending

16 days straight iv had anxiety symptoms shakes sweats etc I'm so exhausted mentally and physically I just want it to stop iv got the doctors tomorrow and the thought of it is making me sick because Im not managing to control my anxiety at home never mind being out

Hi sorry to hear you are having bad anxiety its horrible when you get it day in day out .but I want you to sit down with pen and paper and list all what you want to tell the doctor tomorrow.I find it easier to write all my questions down and tick them off as you talk with the doctor they are not mind readers tell the doctor how you are feeling and ask WHAT can he or she do to get you feeling better ? Let me know how you get on hope you get the help you need.

Thanks for replying I do that normally even before my anxiety started because I always forget to ask about repeat prescriptions lol but thank you
