hi there im awake! its day time where I live. whats up??
I'm from uk so it 2:26, and I'm still not asleep and just anxious knowing I have to get up tomorrow when I really don't want to because I can barely get out of bed my anxiety is that awful and I just don't want to face the day
I get very much like that. especially when waking up and then realising I have to get up and face the world and be a responsible adult its so hard. I get a racing heart and a knot feeling in my belly
Concentrate your thoughts on something else. Try turning on the TV and tuning into a program. Take about 10 deep breaths and focus on your breath. It should reduce the anxiety. Remember that anxiety is the thought process so if you can eliminate what you're anxious about it will reduce your anxiety tremendously.

Hello Extremaean how are you feeling today. Any better then yesterday.
If you breath in and out of a brown paper bag for a couple of mins at a time say every 5 mins it should relax you somewhat and make you feel better . But only for a couple of mins every say five mins until you start feeling better then stop .or it will make you pass out.
