Existential phobia?

Anyone else freaked out about their own existence? I think ive just became hyperaware of everything. Life feels so unreal and dreamlike. Its not even derealization i think its more than that. Feeling trapped in your body and lost everything feels "not right".

I can relate to this so much! But for me, it only feels like that when I'm getting anxiety. It's a horrible feeling! talk to a therapist about it and it should hopefully get better

Self awareness is great. Faith is important. Staring into the abyss will cause madness. The light and space of existence is scary. Feel great that you are thinking on a higher level. Recapitulate all things and accept that we are not random and that the universe is intelligent and the order of it resides in us. The blessing and curse of self awareness . Unlike animals we know of our reflected life and our inevitable death. Going to the depths of the ocean is scary . Going to the depth of our mind is insane, but worth it. Chala, I feel like this a lot too, as if I am just sort biding my time but nothing in reality is working. Hard to describe but I think you kinda nailed it with your description. I feel hyper-aware and overwhelmed by things that other people might just take in their stride.
