Scary moment

I know I've posted a lot just now but I like writing to see if someone's gone through the same. Since I have GAD I've woken up this week feeling nervous for no reason and have experienced loss of appetite.

When I feel anxious or panic I chew mint gum or in this case when I haven't had anything to eat I have gravitated to having starburst candys. I'm not sure if it was because I had a couple of them today and snacked on small things that made me have lower abdominal pain it was light but uncomfortable and I had to go twice to do my business and I was shivering without being cold.

I know sugar free candy causes a laxative effect but what about starbursts?

I'm calm now but I'm left kind of scared I know I should try to sleep but I can't

Hello, please go to see your doctor, are you on medicine to help ease your anxiety....it may be helpful to seek medication to help you! I was waking up like that too, I went to the psychiatrist and she put me on medicine! Try to stay calm....remember GAD affects everyone differently! Same symptoms but different responses!!! I hope you feel better soon!!!
