Hello there!! Any reason in particular why you might be feeling this anxiety?? If you can't think of anything right now, just try some general anxiety relief strategies, like going outside for a walk, trying some relaxing breathing exercises, or drinking a nice mug of chamomile tea!! Once you're feeling a little better, and if you feel up to it, you need to figure out what might be making you feel so anxious. If this is something that has been going on for some time, you may want to go and speak to your doctor to let them know how you've been feeling. The first step on the path to feeling better is to know where the path is!!
I did speak to my Dr about it and he put me on meds and it has helped alot with depression but It still have anxiety and panic attacks. Then I am on meds for that now also. I did stop crying all the time. That is a big improvement. I know it's the brain injury and there is nothing really wrong but it is hard to convince myself sometimes.
