What does a dr stethoscope determine I went to the emergency room Thursday and they done my blood pressure and then put a machine clip on my finger then she used a stethoscope and felt my tummy. And said nothing but the past two days I've felt suffocated like I wake up feeling suffocated in the night I don't struggle and make noises for breath just feel suffocated 
is it anxiety based I'm scared I suffer from bad derealization also and on Friday was told to up my medication from 20mg to 40mg
