Anxiety slowly going away

Hello everyone

I can feel my anxiety slowly decreasing. Since Sunday I've been feeling very good, thinking to myself everything is going to be just fine. Reading some of the people's post on here has been very helpful as well. To everyone who is struggling till this day just be hopeful. Think positive, nothing is going to happen to you! Talked to a couple of close friends and family about my situation and it helped a lot. I cried my heart out at the alter Sunday at church been definitely seeing the brighter side of things. Yea I am a Christian and do trust in my God but some of you that aren't just find a way to cure yourself from anxiety, stress or what ever else that may help. There is always a way.

You'll get through it! I will also be praying for you that all this may leave you permanently. You're not alone in this a lot of us here are in this together. We all know what anxiety feels like and it's scary but won't harm any of us
