Hey there ! Trust me I know how you feel. It's almost like you yourself are dead and gone and this is what your left with. It really is scary . But one thing I'm trying to tell myself is the more you feed into it the worse it gets. Try to let it ride off your shoulders alittle and relax . This might really help . Find something to occupy your time maybe a hobby or spend time with your friends and some family
