Anxiety and panic attacks

When I wake up in the morning after night sleep .. I feel like a the walls r coming after me n m gonna die .... There is high heart rate , fear , darkness .. and that wakes me up even at 4 am .. this is so restless.. is there any solution for this

Just try to keep your mind on something else....when I wake up in the middle of the night from anxiety I usually watch a tv show in bed to make me feel tired and to get my mind off of anxiety
