I've heard taking meds long term have neurological side effects

I don't take any medications but I am always anxious

Yes you may get symptoms like numbness in face, or hands and feet. Pins and needles. Dizziness and random pains. Thats why some people that have anxiety think they have some sort of neurological disease. I know I did when I first had my symptoms. If you speak to your doctor and he rules it out, then it is most likely anxiety.
