Need help

My anxiety of fear of dying makes me not to eat but I feel hungry if I try to eat I just feel like throwing up I only take liquid.

Had these symptoms before where I didn't eat anything for a month and ended up losing 30 lbs. Its not healthy for the body because you need nutrients. Try to mitigate that thought process (fear of dying). Try to focus your thoughts on something more positive. I know its tough but you can do it.
