Help

Hi, 64 and few eeks ago started having severe panic attacks. Maybe because I NEVER sleep, maybe 1 hr. if I dose out of exhaustion. Started 1 day taking a shower so now I almost can't get in the shower! To emergency room 2x Ambien doesn'twork, Ativan doesn't work, I'm desperate, help. My doctor just tells me to see a psychologist, great but what do I do in the mean time, He is not willing to work with me to find somethingthat might work. When I'm trying to breath at night TRYING to fall a sleep its like my brain tells me to stop breathing and I gasp for air...all night long this goes on. At times I feel like I need to Yawn but I can't. I never had this till 1 day I took a new medication my Cardio wanted me to try. The first pill and within an hr to hr. and a half had first panic attack. Not sure if was reaction to to med which I never took again or No sleep for SO long. Thank you.
