Hi everyone so today's the day where I'm going to France just for the day (I live in uk) but for the past 2 months I've been suffering with derealization and social anxiety and health anxiety and I can't believe how bad my anxiety is today I keep seeing shapes out the corner off my eyes and I feel so unreal and scared. Needed to vent about this we are currently on our way to the ferry and I feel so ill I feel like screaming and telling my dad to stop the car as I want to go home

Just relax and take deep breaths. This trip is going to be good. A change of scenery I read is good for derealization. That's how I survived on my mini vacation.
Take slow deep breaths and look around name 5 thing's u can see 4 thing's u can hear 3 things u can touch 2 things u can smell and 1 thing u can taste count to a 100. Count how many people u see. Derealization and Anxiety can't harm u or kill u I believe in u and is u do have a panic attack it will pass just think positive thoughts and try to enjoy yourself listen to music on your phone or meditation on YouTube sending u lots of hugs💙💓💛
