Sitting in a waiting room with very bad derealization is like he'll feel like everything is a dream. Thinking off standing naked and seeing if anyone looks this is hell

Yesterday I went to see a doctor and I actually had her turn off the lights in the waiting room because it was hell. Felt like I was in a dream. This is truly a nightmare

Bloody terrible was on my first CBT session and when she called me in I nearly ran and jumped on her just to get away from the waiting room

Yep. That always gives me the feeling of those weird soul leaving body attacks I keep fighting off. It's so disturbing and I'm traumatized
