Oh man oh man it hurts

Woke up this morning with a achy burning feeling in my back just below my shoulder blade..it really burns..then I get up and my whole back starts hurting this is freaking me out so much. I start feeling pains in my chest under my left breast and in ribs. It's like everything is just hurting even my legs..I feel like walking OE getting up is making it worse!!!!

Just so much pain!!!

Do you have herniated disk anywhere the reason i asked is i have them in my neck & low er back & i get that same burning numbness kind of feeling but after awhile my arm will start tingling almost to my finger tips
