I deal with tiredness and fatigue on a daily basis and have convinced myself that I have cancer. The symptoms that I have are tiredness and occasional joint pain. I do not have any bruising or hard to breathe type things. I am in desperate need of some reassurance as to what could be causing the fatigue. I can sleep for hours on end and still wake up tired. I am so scared that this could be leukemia. Can someone please help me?

I'm sure that it isn't leukemia...can you ask ur family to get it checked out?
To keep your mind at ease go get checked out at your local physician. They will do a blood test. Never convince yourself that you have any disease before getting checked out. Tiredness and occasional joint pains can also be symptoms of anxiety. Especially fatigue. Hope this helps. Good luck.
Don't worry it isn't leukemia. I had a scare with my kids having it and it doesn't present with just being tired. It tends to come on very acutely like a bad flu. You definitely get bruising and are pale. You could be anemic, low iron. Do you exercise? It can really help with fatigue. The problem is, the more we think about are symptoms, the worse they become. Our minds are so strong in wanting us to believe that something is wrong, it is like false fire alarm always going off. You might have vitamin deficiency. Try to take really good care of yourself and get on regular sleeping schedule. Don't expect results to be instantaneous, it can while to feel better.
I had the same symptoms you had-- a general achy feeling coupled with fatigue and weakness, regardless how many cups of coffee I had. Dizziness set in a few weeks later and I was sure I was dying. One panicky visit to the emergency room later and all the tests came out normal-- it turns out I was just severely dehydrated! Are you drinking enough water? If not, try a full cup and see how you feel-- dehydration can definitely cause fatigue and joint pain.
