Vomiting

Hi Guys

Had a really weird experience lsat night, was relaxing watching TV and a couple of beers and then I felt something stuck in my teeth, like a hair that was tickling my throat. I couldn't get it out and a few minutes later I went to the bathroom and started vomiting 3-4 times, after I had vomited I felt all fine but was really scared and I know I was ill or sick and went back to watching TV as per normal, anyone else gets vomiting that comes out of thin air?? Ta
